1. Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to or accessing CoachX (coachx.subhashyadav.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. CoachX provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for educators, coaches, and creators to host online courses, video lessons, communities, and digital workshops.

2. SaaS Subscriptions & Billing

CoachX offers subscription-based access to workspace tiers (Monthly Freedom at ₹2,499/month and Yearly Freedom at ₹24,999/year). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

• Includes 1-Week (7 Days) Free Trial for new coach accounts.
• Coaches can cancel subscription anytime with 1-click in their dashboard settings.
• Workspace features (course creation, student limits, PWA apps) are active during paid billing cycles.

3. Content Ownership & Use

Coaches retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of all course videos, documents, and teaching materials uploaded to CoachX. CoachX does not claim ownership of user-uploaded educational content.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 14-day hassle-free money-back guarantee for initial subscription purchases. You may request a full refund within 14 days of account upgrade by emailing support@subhashyadav.in.

5. Platform SLA & Service Reliability

CoachX maintains high-availability cloud infrastructure with a target 99.9% platform uptime SLA. We are committed to fast, uninterrupted access for coaches and enrolled students globally.
