We offer a 14-day hassle-free money-back guarantee for all new CoachX SaaS subscription plans (Monthly Freedom & Yearly Freedom VIP). If you are not satisfied with the platform for any reason, you can request a full 100% refund within 14 days of your initial payment.
Coaches can cancel their subscription at any time directly inside their Coach Console settings. Upon cancellation, your workspace will remain active until the end of your paid billing period, and no further recurring charges will occur.
