We collect information necessary to provide SaaS e-learning services, including coach names, registered email addresses, academy business settings, and course progress data.
CoachX implements strict multi-tenant database isolation. Student records, course content, and customer lists belonging to your academy are completely isolated and inaccessible by other coaches or third parties.
All data transmitted to and from CoachX is encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption. All subscription payments are processed securely by compliant Merchant of Record payment networks (Paddle / Stripe / Razorpay). We never store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
We do NOT sell, trade, or rent user data to third-party advertisers. Users have full rights to request data export or deletion under applicable privacy laws (DPDP Act & GDPR).
