Payment security is of paramount importance. When you purchase a course, workshop, or SaaS subscription on CoachX:

• All payments are processed externally via certified, RBI-regulated payment aggregators including Zoho Payments, Razorpay, Paddle, or Stripe.
• Zero Sensitive Card Storage: CoachX does NOT capture, collect, view, or store raw credit card numbers, debit card numbers, expiration dates, CVVs, or Net Banking credentials on any server or database.
• All data transmission between your browser and payment gateways occurs over 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL / TLS 1.3) encrypted tunnels.
• Transactions in India are billed strictly in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹) with explicit invoice itemization.

4. Strict Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

CoachX enforces rigorous multi-tenant data architecture. Each coach operates inside a segregated, cryptographically verified database workspace:

• No coach can access, view, modify, or export another coach's student rosters, CRM leads, private course content, mind maps, whiteboards, or revenue statistics.
• Cross-tenant queries are blocked at both database layer and API authorization middleware with immediate HTTP 403 Forbidden enforcement.

We process personal data solely for lawful, legitimate business purposes:

• To provision and administer your software workspace and account access.
• To deliver instant electronic access to courses, digital certificates, and live workshops.
• To process subscription billing, renewals, GST tax invoices, and payment receipts.
• To provide customer support via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
• To detect and prevent security breaches, unauthorized access, fraud, or abuse.
• To comply with statutory accounting and tax reporting obligations under Indian law.

We use first-party, HTTP-only authentication cookies (e.g. cx_coach_token, cx_student_token) strictly necessary to keep you securely logged in and protect your session against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF).
